ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between TTMP and The Client.
DURATION: TTMP will render services to the client until all visuals are done and completed in full.
DELIVERY: TTMP will provide the number of high-resolution edits that is included in the package selected by the client. TTMP will provide all RAW images taken during the session. Edits and RAW images will be sent through a dropbox link via email.
RETOUCH (EDITS): High resolution edits consist of skin touch ups, color blending, glare corrections, etc. The client will receive TTMP’s soft edit option (natural look) or hard edit option (makeup touches, cleaning up blemishes) per request. TTMP DOES NOT do any body alterations when editing photos (shrink waist, slim face, enhance hips, add six pack abs, chest, muscles, etc.)
CANCELLATION: If the client cancels or needs to reschedule the contracted services for the appointment outlined in this contract, the client has three (3) days before the appointment to reschedule or cancel. In the event the client fails to meet the terms of the agreement, there will be an additional fee of $150.00 for last-minute cancellation to TTMP.
PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION: TTMP and the client agree to a scheduled consultation, selected when booking, before the photoshoot to finalize the actual shooting times and locations. This can be done over the phone, in person, or via email. This is highly encouraged but not required.
TIME AND PERFORMANCE: The client is responsible for being on time for your appointment time slot. Once time has begun and you are late, you will only get the remaining time left in your time slot.
Turnaround time for ALL visuals will be 10-14 business days from the day of your shoot excluding Mondays and Sundays. Hours of operation: Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-8pm.
METHOD OF COMPENSATION: There is a 40% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit fee from your total price. If your deposit is not paid within 24 hours of booking, the appointment is deemed to be canceled by TTMP.
Full payment will be DUE at the beginning of the shoot. Failure to pay will result in NO SERVICES being provided by TTMP. Payment can be made in full before the appointment as well. ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE IN FULL THERE IS NO REFUND FOR ANY SERVICES RENDERED BY TTMP.TTMP ONLY ACCEPTS PAYMENTS MADE BY TTMP’S GENERATED INVOICE SYSTEM.
NO CASH, CASHAPP, PAYPAL, AND/OR ZELLE PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED BY TTMP.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable under the law, the validity of this agreement as a whole shall not be affected, and the other provisions of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
RELEASE: The client agrees, after received consideration, to release TTMP from any claims that may arise regarding the use of their image. TTMP is permitted, although not obligated, to include the clients name as a credit in connection to the image(s) that may be posted on social media or used for promotional purposes (includes but not limited to flyers, TTMP business website, TTMP business cards etc.).
REVISIONS: The client is responsible for choosing the preferred images for the select number of edits and preferred edit option 24 hours after all RAW images are sent to the client. If images are not chosen within the required time frame, TTMP will choose the images to be edited. TTMP does not accept revisions or reedits after ALL visuals have been sent to the client.
AMENDMENTS: This contract has been freely negotiated and shall be recognized as the entirety of the agreement. Only those changes or modifications specifically placed in writing, attached, dated and signed by The Client and TTMP at the time of acceptance of this contract shall be recognized as amendments to this contract.
IN WITNESS OF WHICH, both parties sign their authority to act on their organization’s behalf and agreement to abide by the terms of this contract effective the date is written above by the signatures affixed below. This agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.
